The look and feel of your event are often the first and lasting impressions your guest experiences. It may be as simple as a balloon arch or as complex as recreating the "prison realities" of Alcatraz. Whatever the case may be, we can help you achieve that all-important "wow" factor.
DECORATIONS
Please contact your Catering/Event Manager for a description of items available as well as complete party package menus. We are happy to suggest ideas on novel favors, souvenir menus, printed programs, creative ice carvings, theme food presentations, room accent decor and specialty linens.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to property belonging to you or your attendees and do not maintain insurance covering it. All displays and/or decorations are subject to our written approval and we reserve the right to contract and charge for Hotel staff to provide the labor for any installations or removals of such.
THEMED EVENTS
What you want your event to be is your business. Making it happen is ours. Imagine
the great fun it seeing hundreds of your attendees in prison garb clanking metal plates in a scene right out of Alcatraz? Or how about eating your way through the multicultural streets of San Francisco's neighborhoods such as Chinatown, Fisherman's Wharf, North Beach and the Mission? If you can imagine it, we can realize it for you. From props to palm trees to pop entertainment, we're like magicians when it comes to themed events.
BALLOONS AND CONFETTI DROPS
There is a $250 fee for cleaning up of helium balloons and confetti. All helium tanks must be in an approved safety stand or cart. There must be prior written approval for the use of all displays and/or decorations proposed by guests.

FLORAL/FLORIST
Showcase Flowers is our preferred florist. They can provide
beautiful table and buffet centerpieces for your special event.
Their hours are 8am to 8pm, Monday – Saturday and 9am – 6pm,
Sunday. Please contact your Catering/Event Manager for assistance
with a proposal for your special event.
