Equipment Rental
What the hotel doesn't have already in inventory can usually be rented locally for your convenience. Below are items commonly rented but if there's anything else that comes to mind, chances are we can find a source. Like San Francisco, our collective expertise is brilliant, creative and resourceful.
FLAGS
Our Banquet Department currently has six United States flags, six California State flags and a flag from countries such as Japan and Israel in inventory. If you require additional flags, please discuss rental costs with your Catering/Event Manager.
LINEN SELECTION
A variety of table linens are available for your various functions. If you desire specialty linen, or would like quotes on theme-coordinated linens and chair covers, please consult your Catering/Event Manager.
Linen colors: we stock only white, additional colors are available at current rental rates
Skirts: white, black, blue, red, green, cola, adobe, burgundy
Decorative linen: orange, green, yellow, variety of table top accent colors
OFFICE EQUIPMENT/SUPPLIES
The in-house Business Center offers a complete range of services including rental of computer systems, copier machines, facsimile machines, secretarial support, photocopying, word processing services, fax transmission, and shipping and mail services, just to name a few.
Prices are quoted on an individual basis depending on the type of equipment needed as well as the scope of the job requested. Discuss your group's needs with the Business Center or with your Catering/Event Manager.
RADIOS/PAGERS/NEXTELS
We are willing to assist you in obtaining walkie-talkie radios and/or Nextels for use during your program. Please consult your Catering/Event Manager for assistance.
WHEELCHAIRS
If a guest needs to rent a wheelchair, we are happy to coordinate
the rental, but cannot cover the expense.
PHOTOGRAPHY
There are many fine photographers from which to choose in San Francisco. There are many advantages to hiring one that is familiar with the hotel and your group's requirements. From specialty polaroids as event favors, to headshots, to public relations
event photos, we'll know of a photographer that will meet your needs.
