California state law and local enforcement of national fire codes mandate  a maximum of four guests per room (adults/children).

Personalized Online Group Page ( POG)
Imagine a personalized web page for your attendees to book reservations directly online.  Hilton Hotels Corporation calls it the Personalized On-Line Group Page (POG). Attendees no longer have to search for a hotel or enter a code. Once they click on the link, they will be brought directly into the Hilton reservations system to a web page dedicated solely to your group.

Requesting a POG is easy and may be done with your Catering/Event Manager. There are five key question that will need to be answered:

  • Official Conference name
  • Conference web address
  • Conference dates
  • Contact info (who would approve the page)
  • Logo (an image size no larger than 225x225 at 72 DPI resolution is good)

Turnaround time is three to five business days.

Downloading Reservations (RAPID)
Flawless and expedited reservation processing straight from your rooming list into our system. 
The Reservations Automated Processing Input and Delivery System (RAPID) means accuracy and efficiency minus dual entry processes.  RAPID interfaces with Guest List Manager that provides 24/7 access to manage your block.

Guest List Manager
 For your convenience, we provide the means for you to access your rooming list online directly without having to go through your hotel contact each time.  The process begins by creating an account on Hilton.com. For the integrity of your group's information, this account can only be accessed by one person.  The designee must obtain from the group's event services manager the hotel's property code, the SRP code assigned to the group and the exact contract dates of the meeting.  Once on Hilton.com, sign-up by clicking on "Groups & Meetings."  Then create a user ID by clicking the E-Events tab and providing the information noted previously and obtained through your event manager. Once the ID is issued, access to Group pickup, rooming lists, etc. is available.

Check-in/Check Out Information
Hotel check-in is 3 p.m., and checkout is 12 p.m. (All guests arriving before 3:00   p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. Our Guest Service Department can arrange to store  luggage for those guests arriving early when rooms are not available and for guests attending functions on departure day.)  

Group Room Identification Program (GRIP)
Can you imagine having the ability to locate all attendees booked outside your block?  The Group Reservations Identification Program (GRIP) allows you to manage room blocks proactively with automated cross-reference of group registration lists against hotel reservations.
