Event Vendors and Vendor Guidelines
As the largest hotel on the West Coast and host to over a million
people a year, the Hilton San Francisco is the center of a lot of
activity on any given day. Like all major theatrical productions,
what goes on behind the scenes has to be managed with precision.
The hotel's policies and procedures ensure everyone's performance fulfills the highest expectations. The Event Vendor Guidelines spells out how best to work the hotel
while the Vendor List is a compilation of businesses and services that
have crossed our path.

The Contractor/Vendor Working Guidelines spell out the hotel's policies and procedures from union regulations to load-out to Certificate of Insurance requirements and more. For your benefit as well as ours, these regulations are described in detail and include an Acceptance Sheet which must be signed
and returned to the hotel.
